At AES we utilise the latest 3D Solid Modeling, Stress Analysis and Dynamic Simulations as part of our Computer Aided Engineering Techniques. This virtual simulation coupled with advanced protoyping and manufacturing techniques allows us to reach the best engineering solutions in record time and reduce design errors to a minimum, whilst satisfying all functional ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. At AES we look at the problem, then finalise a solution using 3D computer modelling techniques. A working prototype is then produced either in our fully equipped development workshop or by our manufacturer.
